Configure Activity Fields Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to configure the activity fields for exporting schedule data to an IPMDAR file.

You must select a field for Work Package ID or Control Account ID, and a field for Task Planning Level

The drop-down fields include all of the same fields that are visible on the Metrics tab Insert Fields dialog box as well as any calculated fields that operate on activities.

Field	Description
Task Subtype	This is an optional field.
Task Planning Level	This is an optional field.
WBS ID	If the selected project includes cost data that was imported, Acumen populates this field with the WBS field that was selected when you ran the Import Cost Data wizard; however, you can select a different field.
OBS ID	If the selected project includes cost data that was imported, Acumen populates this field with the OBS field that was selected when you ran the Import Cost Data wizard; however, you can select a different field.
Control Account ID	This is an optional fields. If you select and ID in this field, you must also select a Work Package ID. The default is to use the WBS and OBS together for the control account.
Work Package ID	This is an optional fields. If you select and ID in this field, you must also select a Control Account ID.
Integrated Master Plan ID	This is an optional field.
SOW Reference	This is an optional field.
Subcontractor Reference / ID	This is an optional field.
Progress Technique	This is an optional field.
